ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with State Farm Insurance Company, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, ability to multitask and work well in a team-based environment as well as a strong desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and providing customers and potential customers with appropriate products that will meet their unique insurance needs.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Develop quotes and present to potential new and current customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
Compensation: $31,200.00 - $45,760.00 per year
